1. All laws and game regulations will be strictly adhered to.
2. Each hunter most show a valid hunting license and sign the log books before the hunt commences.
3. All game must be properly tagged by the hunter and reported to the guide.
4. There will be absolutely NO drinking during the hunt. Guns, drugs, and alcohol don't mix when the hunt is on...EVER.
5. If a situation occurs where a hunter is requested to leave, there will be no refund of money to that hunter.
6. To save time, have your gun sighted in before you arrive.
7. All guns will be stored at a designated place at camp.
8. At the end of the hunt, all meat and capes will be removed.
9. Help us keep your blinds and camp clean. Pick up after yourself.
10. For your convenience, FOUR SEASONS HUNTING SERVICE will collect a deposit and deliver your trophy to a local taxidermist. At that time the head becomes the responsibility of the taxidermist, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
11. For your convenience, FOUR SEASONS HUNTING SERVICE will drop off your meat to be processed at local processing plants. At that time FOUR SEASONS HUNTING SERVICE will no longer be responsible for meat, cost, or shipping of meat, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

 I (we) hereby reserve my (our) right to hunting privileges for ________________ beginning ___________through ____________ with FOUR SEASONS HUNTING SERVICE.

Payment of $____________ is hereby acknowledged by FOUR SEASONS HUNTING SERVICE with the balance of $___________ due 30 DAYS PRIOR TO THE HUNT. Should I cancel my reservations for any reason, the contract price will not be refunded unless other wise agreed to in writing. Personal checks will be accepted for deposits only. Please bring cash, money orders or travelers checks for the balance.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THESE RULES AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND AND WILL ABIDE BY THEM. I HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS FOUR SEASONS HUNTING SERVICE, ITS EMPLOYEES AND FAMILY, RANCHES, RANCHERS, RANCHERS EMPLOYEES, AND FAMILY FOR ALL ACCIDENTS AND/OR INJURIES SUSTAINED BY ME WHILE AT THE RANCH (S). YOU FURTHER AGREE TO REIMBURSE FOUR SEASONS HUNTING SERVICE FOR DAMAGES TO ITS FACILITIES CAUSED BY ME OR MY PARTY THROUGH ACCIDENT OR OTHERWISE. I (WE) AGREE TO ACCEPT ALL CONDITIONS AND DANGERS OF MY (OUR) HUNT. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS CONTRACT AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ALL PROVISION.
